• Occasional Updates: If you've opted in, we might send newsletters about new projects or sustainability tips. But you can bail on these anytime - no hard feelings.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep information as long as it's needed for the purpose we collected it. Active project files stay accessible during the project and for a reasonable time after completion. Some records we're required to keep for legal or professional reasons - architectural drawings for completed projects, for instance, we typically retain for several years.

Marketing contact info gets purged if there's been no interaction for a couple years. We're not hoarders - if we don't need it, we don't keep it.

Policy Changes

We might update this policy occasionally as our practices evolve or laws change. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. For major changes, we'll send an email to active clients. Otherwise, checking back here once in a while isn't a bad idea.
