Our Process

How We Work Together

Every project's a bit different, but here's the general flow. We'll adjust the timeline based on what you're building and how complex things get.

1-2 Weeks

Discovery & Consultation

We'll meet at your site or in our office, talk about what you're after, look at your budget, and figure out if we're a good fit. Bring photos, sketches, Pinterest boards - whatever helps explain your vision.

3-6 Weeks

Concept Development

This is where we sketch out initial ideas and explore different directions. You'll see rough layouts, maybe some 3D views, and we'll talk through what's working and what's not.

6-10 Weeks

Design Development

Now we're getting detailed. We'll nail down materials, finalize layouts, and start working out the technical stuff. This is when the design really comes together and starts feeling real.

8-12 Weeks

Construction Documents

The technical drawings that builders and city hall need. It's not the fun part, but it's important. We'll make sure everything's documented properly so there aren't surprises during construction.

Varies

Construction Administration

We stick around during the build to answer questions, review the work, and make sure things are going according to plan. Think of us as your advocate on site.
